For the Family’s convenience and to prevent unnecessary travel, the host has decided that the Friday meet and greet and the host hotel will be located in College Park, Gateway Arena corridor only minutes from the Airport.
The host hotel has been secured with a room block at Springhill Suites Atlanta Gateway Airport, 2091 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA 30337. The rate, of $202.63 which includes taxes and parking, is for a limited number of rooms, where more rooms can hopefully be added at the same rate, but it is not guaranteed. Therefore, please book ASAP at the link below. Be sure to identify the Group Name if you speak to a our group rate. The rooms are king and double queens.

If you do not intend to use the Group Rate it may be a better strategy to NOT mention your association with the Carlisle reunion if possible.
Proximity:
The Springhill Suites Atlanta Gateway is approximately 2 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
College Park is approximately 22 minutes and 15 miles south of Piedmont Park.
Piedmont Park is located in Midtown, however, due to the proximity to the Airport, College Park would be best for the Friday event.

There are several other hotels in, what’s known as, the Gateway area all within walking distance of Springhill Suites and the Georgia International Convention Center.

Please excuse the late changes to the Host hotel and belated Friday venue and event confirmation. After much consideration it is most practical to be close to the airport in College Park for the convenience.
